Marlene has been a financial service professional since 1992. Growing up in a home where real estate and investments were typical topics of conversation at the dinner table gave Marlene the opportunity to learn first-hand about the basic principles of investing and property management. In 1992, Marlene began working as a registered representative specializing in tax advantaged investments. She saw a need to assist her clients in purchasing/selling and obtaining financing for their homes. In 1997 she obtained her California Real Estate license. In 2011 she obtained her Real Estate Broker’s License. In 2012, she opened her own Real Estate Brokerage, Village Real Estate Services in Laguna Woods, CA.
